Meet the Chef

Chris Lambing

With a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Chris Lambing is a seasoned pro in the kitchen. As a recent cancer survivor, he also personally knows the unique challenges people face when they are going through treatment. Chef Chris’s mission is to combine his two experiences to help others. 


Chef Chris has worked for decades in both back-of-house fine dining, as well as front-of-house customer service in the food and beverage industry. The name Cawood is a family name, a tribute to his heritage as he pursues what he loves.


After a diagnosis of Hodgkins lymphoma (and a successful treatment), he came to realize that there was a need for personalized services that wasn't being met. What if someone could help those in treatment and make their lives easier? What if you could have a pro help with designing foods that are right for your journey, prepare those meals and let you do what you need to do most — let your body heal?
