How To Enjoy Your Flavors
My syrups, spreads and crystals are designed to provide outstanding flavor experiences. Here are some recommended ways to get the most out of them.
CRYSTAL Uses & Techniques
The Technique: Run a fresh citrus wedge around the rim of a glass to moisten it, then press the rim gently into a shallow dish of the finishing crystals. It adds a beautiful visual and a pop of flavor with every sip.
The Suggestions: Ideal for rimming cocktails, mocktails, or sparkling water glasses
The Amount: 1 tbsp spread flat on a small plate rims 3 to 4 glasses

The Technique: Deglaze your hot searing pan with liquid, stir in the syrup, and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbling. Turn off the heat, drop in cold butter or ghee, and swirl constantly until glossy.
The Suggestions: Perfect for meats or vegetables right in the pan.
The Ratio: 2 tbsp syrup to 2 tbsp liquid (broth or juice) to 1 tbsp cold butter or ghee, or 2:2:1.

The Technique: Whisk your syrup directly with oil and acid.
The Suggestions: Ideal for creating house-made vinaigrettes and dressing fresh market salads.
The Ratio: 1 part syrup to 3 parts oil, or 1:3.

The Technique: Stir your syrup directly into your liquid base to create an effortlessly balanced, refreshing drink.
The Suggestions: Perfect for mixing into sparkling water, iced tea, or your favorite spirit base.
THE RATIO: 1 oz. syrup to 4 or 5 oz. of liquid base, or 1:4.
The Technique: Wake up dry seasonings. Combine your dry spice blend with a splash of warm moisture to plump the herbs and activate built-in vinegar powders before adding oil.
The Suggestions: Perfect for finishing seared proteins, roasted vegetables or dipping
The Amount: 2 tbsp Dry Blend : 1 tbsp Warm Water : 3 tbsp High-Quality Oil
The Technique: Press a generous layer of dry seasonings or textured finishing crystals directly onto raw meat, fish, or dense vegetables right before hitting a screaming-hot skillet or grill to build a savory, caramelized bark.
The Suggestions:works spectacularly on a thick-cut steak.
The Amount: Use roughly 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per side of a standard 12-ounce steak.

The Technique: Pour or spoon the spread directly on soft, creamy cheeses right before serving so the flavor coats every bite
The Suggestions: Perfect cascading over warm baked brie, goat cheese logs or a block of cream cheese.
The Amount: 1/3 to 1/2 cup blanketing the cheese
The Technique: Warm a few spoonfuls gently and use it as a compote to finish hot savory dishes
The Suggestions: Excellent served warm alongside roasted pork medallions, grilled chicken breast or seared duck
